Water

It was like I was at an Academy of Water. ??? There were pools and ponds everywhere. and each one had a different function. I don't remember them all. One for swimming, one, shallow, maybe just for lying in the water. There was one you could dive in and go underneath into a little cave and come out the other side. I could see the light thru it, but even so, I was too afraid to dive in and swim thru the opening. Afraid of getting stuck somehow and not being able to come up on the other side. Not sure. There was a small square pool that was a whirlpool. No way was I going in that one. I flew over many others. One was a water slide. I went down that one, head first, but it was way too slow. Another one was like a wild cascade, going around sharp corners, banking up high on a wall. Some guy went down that one. I thought he was crazy, that he would be mangled or killed. Some place in this academy there was a panel, maybe a ruling panel?, composed of quite of few people sitting on some kind of stair-step stage. Steve was on that panel. I wanted to get back to that location, but never did. It was supposed to be Santa Cruz, but there were too many gold hills for it to be Santa Cruz.... more like in back of Stanford, but hillier. I knew the ecosystem around the academy had been changed because of all the water; it was greener now. And that was part of the reason for the academy...to change the ecosystem and make things greener. And somewhere in there I said that Israel (???) had control of the water so it could do the same thing, change the ecosystem so it wouldn't be a desert any more.
